From the advocacy of organizations that provide wholistic transformation for the poor -- Ang Mananampalatayang Gumagawa, Inc. (AMG), AMG Skilled Hands Technological College (ASHTEC), Center for Transformation (CCT) Group of Ministries through CCT Working Hands Ministry, Inc., and Woord en Daad through its subsidiary Job Booster Nederland B.V., -- RightJobs was birthed out of a vision to bring fair employment for all, focusing on the employable poor. It seeks to transform the lives of the disadvantaged and even the outcasts of society -- tribespeople, persons with disabilities (PWDs) and former street dwellers – to have equal opportunities at being employed. It acts as an HR recruitment agency, the cohesive organization that brings both employers and job seekers for matching.

To identify, organize, prepare and link competent and responsible workers from disadvantaged groups to employment opportunities provided by employers and entrepreneurs committed to fair labor to ensure stable jobs and decent livelihood.
